- 1 cup black sesame seeds
- ¼ cup cashew nuts
- 1 cup powdered jaggery
- 1 tsp. cardamom powder
- 1 tsp. ginger powder
- 1 cup water
How to prepare:
- Roast the black sesame seeds in a pan on a low flame till it changes color, and mash with a pestle and mortar.
- Add jaggery and ginger powder to it.
- Now, add powdered cashew nuts to it and mix well.
- Use sarthak satvik ghee to make laddoos (round balls).
