Ingredients:
  • 1 cup black sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup powdered jaggery
  • 1 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 cup water
How to prepare:
  • Roast the black sesame seeds in a pan on a low flame till it changes color, and mash with a pestle and mortar.
  • Add jaggery and ginger powder to it.
  • Now, add powdered cashew nuts to it and mix well.
  • Use sarthak satvik ghee to make laddoos (round balls).
