Exchanges and Returns:

Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

• Product has gone bad at the time of delivery
• Outer package is torn or product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery
• Product has expired by the time of delivery

Note – Invoice and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Refunds:

Amounts due on account of exchanges, returns or cancellations will be settled via a replacement product or via the issuance of a credit note of the same value and defined
validity.
In case of returns for orders paid through credit/debit card or net banking, money will be credited back to the card or e-wallet and will take a minimum of 10-15 working days to reflect in the statement.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, you will need to email us your bank account details for us to transfer the amount to you. This process will also take 10-15 working days to reflect on the statement.

Shipping Info:

We provide free shipping all over India at the moment. Shipping and delivery will take up to days depending on the delivery address.

Cancellations:

An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

All shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site.

Pricing

All the branded products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. For unbranded items that are sold in loose packing or repacked items, there will not be any mention of MRP and it is only the listed price and selling price. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged at the date of delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not vary on a daily basis, some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

As a User you Confirm the below

– If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information or non availability at the time of delivery) any extra cost incurred by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from you.

– You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found to be false (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and refuse entry to you from using the Services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
