The brand Sarthak Satvik comes from a desire to find a way of connecting modern times and the treasure of traditions. Ultimately, we aim to establish a “Balance” in life by living happily and eating healthy food.
Sarthak Satvik is a brand that works with small farmers, with lush green farms. We culture in an old-fashioned way, and churn with an old style churn! Ayurveda explains the need for slow churning to develop friction that ignites the “agni” or fire principle. This is what truly makes our cow ghee incredibly beneficial and medicinally viable for you.
We are committed to the traditional process of ghee outlined in the Charak Samhita (the ancient text of Ayurvedic Medicine). This process specifies that ghee should be prepared from Makhan (cultured butter), where the cream is first turned to curd before being churned into butter. We prepare ghee in small batches from grass-fed desi cow milk, which is traditionally churned and purified over an open flame to unleash the golden clarity.
In our quest for perfection, we’ve established a state-of-the-art A2 cow milk processing plant in the picturesque town of Lothal. Here, we adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and quality, ensuring that every drop of milk that goes into our products is of the finest quality.
