Sarthak Satvik Brand
Sarthak means “In True Sense” or “Meaningful”; Satvik means “Pure” and “Virtous”. The secret behind “Meaningful” life lies in happiness; the key factor affecting the happiness quotient directly is health, which can be maintained by savoring satvik (pure and balanced) food consumables.
The brand Sarthak Satvik comes from a desire to find a way of connecting modern times and the treasure of traditions. Ultimately, we aim to establish a “Balance” in life by living happily and eating healthy food.
Sarthak Satvik is a brand that works with small farmers, with lush green farms. We culture in an old-fashioned way, and churn with an old style churn! Ayurveda explains the need for slow churning to develop friction that ignites the “agni” or fire principle. This is what truly makes our cow ghee incredibly beneficial and medicinally viable for you.
We are committed to the traditional process of ghee outlined in the Charak Samhita (the ancient text of Ayurvedic Medicine). This process specifies that ghee should be prepared from Makhan (cultured butter), where the cream is first turned to curd before being churned into butter. We prepare ghee in small batches from grass-fed desi cow milk, which is traditionally churned and purified over an open flame to unleash the golden clarity.
In our quest for perfection, we’ve established a state-of-the-art A2 cow milk processing plant in the picturesque town of Lothal. Here, we adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and quality, ensuring that every drop of milk that goes into our products is of the finest quality.
At Sarthak Satvik, our commitment to excellence led us to the creation of our signature product:
A2 Free Grazing Cow Ghee. This pure and wholesome ghee is made from the milk of A2 cows that graze freely, ensuring the highest quality and nutritional value. It’s not just a product; it’s a tradition preserved for your well-being.
In our commitment to delivering excellence, after COVID 19 we’ve also established direct placement of our products in premium stores across Ahmedabad. We believe that our customers deserve nothing but the best, and our presence in these esteemed stores ensures that you have easy access to our premium dairy delights. Understanding the importance of convenience, we’ve made our premium dairy products easily accessible. SOPL launched the Sarthak Satvik products on Amazon India in year 2021 and Amazon USA in year 2023 where our customers order the products from the comfort of their home.

An IIM, Ahmedabad Alumnus, Girish always invest his time and resources for new learning and development ideas. He has diversified and developed his business towards foods and happiness. He has developed his business model based on Fair Trade value involving small and marginal farmers to enhance their livelihood at one side and provide quality and healthy food products to premium consumers at other side. He is pioneer to establish brands such as Sarthak Satvik, Jeevan Junction and Indus Retail which has high Social Return on Investment (SROI) which measures the social, environmental, and economic value created by the social business
Girish has been a patron of health awareness programs, leadership building seminars, mass marriages for society, combating global warming, environmental changes and its impact, and creating awareness for the inherent values on these issues amongst business networks through effective use of IT.
