Simply 30 Litres of pure A2 Cow Milk does not make 1 Litre of Brown Pearl Ghee! A lot of care and precision in research, procurement, maintaining strictest hygiene standards and innovative processes creates the nature’s wonder called Brown Pearl Ghee.
Brown Pearl Ghee is explicitly made from purest and wholesome A2 cow milk solely procured from the Indian indigenous grazing cow breeds from meticulously selected small and marginal desi cow owners of BHAL and SAURASHTRA tract of Gujarat, only through our trained procurement personnel.
Our Ghee has a smooth, soft, grainy texture; rich flavor, and is totally free from any chemicals, artificial flavors, hormones, antibiotics, preservatives or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Our crafted Ghee is in small batches in a strictly controlled and hygienic environment to ensure freshness. It is also gluten free and easily digestible for people who are intolerant to casein and lactose.
Tradition Meets Technology
Our Ghee is prepared to perfection merging the age-old, traditional ‘bilona’ process and modern science, using our in–house developed tech-aided bilona machine that involves precise and careful slow churning of whole milk curd. The curd is churned in clock wise and anti-clock wise motion without any human interaction, which ensures utmost hygiene and no contamination.
This bilona churning results in the formation of a rich butter, which then, is slowly simmered to obtain Brown Pearl A2 Ghee. Ghee prepared using this ‘bilona’ method from grass-fed cow milk obtained from free grazing cows retains all the essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, protein, iron, and calcium.
Virtue of Cow-Grazing
Cows are happiest when they are bred in a friendly habitat and allowed to freely graze around. Such free grazing cows, that are fed grass for the most part, are known to produce the purest milk as their diet is completely unadulterated.
Ghee made from grazing Desi cow’s milk is one of the highest natural sources of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), 9 types of phenolic anti-oxidants, and numerous other minerals.
Such Ghee also contains Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids along with vitamin E and K. There are also higher levels of Vitamin A and Carotene, giving grass fed Ghee its rich yellow color.
